Genre Research: Opening Sequence

The genre of the opening sequence for our film is going to be action based. Since our film is an action movie, the best way to start it would be with a fight. We're going to start with the sensei asking his old friend for help and he's going to explain what happened with his student. Instead of an actual explanation it's going to be a flashback of him fighting his student and his student telling him what his intentions are. We decided that it'll be fun to make and we're going to add an amazing twist onto it. With all the action movies that we've watched we definitely have an idea on how to make an action movie. This is going to be our best produced short film!
